This will be a group course which acknowledges individual needs. Its content will be academically sound and will promote and lead towards long term aims with the language. The teaching, by native speaker teachers, will be communicative, intimate, fun and will engage and stretch the students. Although the emphasis will be on speaking and listening, grammar will be included and taught in context. Our courses are monitored throughout and feedback will be gathered and acted upon by Cactus.

The Lewis School of English has been welcoming students for over 29 years. The School is conveniently located in the heart of the city of Southampton, facing a beautiful park. We occupy three 18th century town houses with garden patios at the back. The facilities include a reception area, 13 spacious and well equipped classrooms, a listening centre, a computer room with Internet access, a video room and 2 coffee rooms.
