I have been teaching for the last 20 years. For Cactus I have been a Portuguese teacher in Brighton since January 2019. I teach Portuguese at the Cactus centre in Brighton.
I’ve been living in the UK since November 2018.
I was Born in Brazil, a beautiful, big and multicultural country with an immense cultural richness, where people from everywhere in the world live. A country with many universities, scientific research in various industries such as oil, health, environment and many others. A country with the best soccer players in history, best racing pilots, with great celebrations like the February carnival. A country that has a lot to offer.
I have a degree in tourism and Masters in Portuguese Language and Literature.
I worked as a travel agent in Germany.
I speak Portuguese, German, English and Spanish.
One of my favorite books is: Man’s Searching for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl because he talked about his experiences as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps during World War II, and describing his psychotherapeutic method, which involved identifying a purpose in life to feel positively about, and then immersively imagining that outcome.
I have been to many countries in Europe, North America, South America and Asia.
Hope to see you on my course!
